VENEZIA THEME RING

*Step 1: CASTING
Creation of the two main elements of the lead ring: the band and the chamber (cassolette)

-The imprint of the chamber (base and cover of the ring) and of the band are made in a silicone mould beforehand.
- The lead is then poured into the mould, and then heated for a period in the range of 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds in a centrifuge in order to obtain the parts of the ring

*Step 2: ASSEMBLY

- The base and cover of the chamber, as well as the band, are soldered

*Step 3: CLEANING, "GALVA," and FINISHING OF THE RING

- The assembled ring is placed into an acid bath called "galva" which both cleans the ring and gilds it, as well as finishing it to give it an "aged" look

*Step 4: ENAMELLING OF THE CHAMBER

- The heart at the centre of the chamber is drawn using a syringe filled with red enamel. Once the heart is dry, the outline is filled with white enamel, the interior of the cover with black enamel, and the top of the ring is then enamelled in red
